A one-day training programme under the Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Phase-II Programme was successfully organized at ICAR–ICAR-Agricultural Technology Application Research Institute, Zone VI, Guwahati, today. The programme witnessed the participation of 23 officials from various ICAR institutes located in Guwahati. The programme aimed at capacity building of government employees with a focus on modernizing approaches, enhancing professional thinking and nurturing Seva Bhav in public service delivery. Emphasis was laid on aligning individual values with organizational responsibilities to improve efficiency, accountability and citizen-centric governance.
During the training, the senior officials highlighted the importance of rediscovering the inner power of individuals and aligning it with positional authority to evolve as a true Karmyogi.
The sessions encouraged participants to reflect on their roles, responsibilities and contribution towards nation-building. The training was conducted through four major modules, covering experiential sharing, group discussions and reflective thinking.
Participants actively engaged in interactive sessions, assessments and feedback exercises which promoted reflective learning, teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.
The programme provided a meaningful platform for participants to enhance their competencies, reinforce ethical values and strengthen their commitment to public service in alignment with the vision of Mission Karmayogi.
